Martha’s Vineyard has been a special place for us – we were engaged there and had our wedding on the island on September 5, 2000. The week of our wedding, we closed on a piece of land on Oyster Pond, and started designing a house with the help of an island architect. Excavation began a year later in November of 2001 and construction is underway at the moment. If all goes well, we’ll move into the completed garage this June, the barn (guest house) in August and the main house in Q1 of 2002. |
